At Crafty Heaven, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is incomplete or has missing parts.
To be eligible, you must notify us within **48 hours **of delivery with an un boxing video.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice.
Minor variations in color due to screen settings.
Handmade wooden products may have slight natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color, which are not considered defects.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support and provide:

Contact Number
Clear photos of the product
An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.
Crafty Heaven reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed:
To the original payment method for prepaid orders.
By bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
A refund, or
An alternative product of equal value (subject to availability).
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Crafty Heaven will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is not eligible under this policy, any shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Cancellation of Refund Requests
Crafty Heaven reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:
False or misleading information is provided.
The product has been intentionally damaged.
The return request does not comply with this policy.
