4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation for Cash on Delivery (where available).

Crafty Heaven reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method.

9. Warranty
