All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across India.
For international shipping, please contact our customer support before placing an order.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
Kerala: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Remote or rural locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location, order value, and package weight.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures.
If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer for assistance.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Landmark (if applicable)

Crafty Heaven is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the package and the issue.
Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.
